Pricing and Specifications:  Every effort is made to ensure that prices and specifications listed on the site are current, but are subject to change without notice.  Your order and pricing will be confirmed prior to billing and shipping.

Stock Availability: All orders will be confirmed once received.  If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of your options prior to billing and shipping.

Warranty:  All items are sold with manufacturer’s original new product warranty.  Warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects. 

Returns Policy: Orders that are received damaged will be replaced after approval by MarkMedical, Inc., provided they are reported to MarkMedical, Inc. within 7 days from receipt of delivery, and returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

Any faults or defects need to be reported to MarkMedicalInc.com within 14 days and returned.  Any such valid claims will result in replacement of goods, or if not possible to exchange, a refund will be issued. 

Freight costs back to MarkMedical, Inc. are the responsibility of the customer.
